Head Chef Malcolm Smilie, who has been with the company for 15 years, has an envied reputation in the Region, and he and his staff take the same care in the preparation and service of a Light Meal as they would with a gourmet offering. Special dietary requirements are catered for with pleasure by Malcolm who is always looking for interesting professional challenges with which to delight customers.
